You can delete your FreeAir Coach data at any time. Most of your information never leaves your device, so you can remove it yourself immediately — and you can also ask us to delete anything we hold.
This permanently erases your craving logs, quit history, lesson progress, achievements, and profile from your device. It cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app or clearing your browser storage has the same effect.
To delete your account record and anything we hold outside your device, email us. No account login is required to make a request.
Send from the address associated with your account where possible, or tell us which address to look up. We confirm receipt and complete verified requests within 30 days.

Deleting your data does not cancel a paid subscription. Cancel through Google Play, your Apple ID subscription settings, or by emailing us if you subscribed directly.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or export your data — including under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and state consumer-health-data laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act. See our Privacy Policy or email support@freeaircoach.com.
